Crime Intervention Alarm recently donated a camera system worth around $5,000 to York Area Police to allow a safe exchange area for parents who have custody agreements for their children. The area, located at 33 Oak St. in front of the department station in York Township will now have 24/7 video surveillance. Walkersville, Maryland officials are looking for ways to save money while protecting their citizens even more. They recently employed Crime Security Intervention to install a full system in their parks and surrounding areas to record and prevent crimes.
